In the past, some La Manz people who went to apply first time in Manzanillo were told they had to go to PV (me and Donna included!) But plenty of other Jalisco people managed to get it done in Manzanillo. We've heard that sometimes you have to plead a little about how hard it is for you to go to PV. And make sure you get assigned to your clinic of choice during your initial application, not to one in Manzanillo.

Anyone have any recent initial applications experience at the new office in Manzanillo?
