Well, the administration person wasn't there yesterday to process our renewal from Manzanillo. The guard says that the admmin person works in Autlan on the 1st and I think the 15th of each month. Even without this admin step, we had no problem seeing the doctor, nurse and pharmacist for our annual checkup (we had already made the appointment.)

I'll try admin again when I return for my blood draw appointment in early April. Until then, all I can say is that I think you can still get by with renewing in Manzanillo, but I'm not sure about initial applications. Go to PV to be safe? Then maybe you can do your subsequent renewals in Manzanillo?
