Laurel, did you tell your bank you were travelling in Mexico? They may think someone is using your card. We called our 1-800 number using Skype, at no charge, then the transaction went through. Also, another time I was denied when using my Yahoo email, but was approved using gmail! We printed and cut out our tickets, and handed them to the ticket agent who meets the bus in old town for the 7:45 bus. We had no problem.
