Susan, thanks for the tips! I called my bank and they said that there weren't any 'fraudulent charges made' as I thought maybe that was the problem. I have a gmail email, but maybe I'll try another email. It seems to me that their website it glitchy, as each time I try again to select seats, there are different ones available.
