I read the message from Civil Protection to say that, while they are grateful for the donations made for the ambulance and equipment, they do not agree that donations are given to the two foreigners whose names they mention. Rather they want the donations provided directly to them.

There is obviously, as Mazinka suggests, some politics at play here. Really?
