I live across the street from Roccio, the Vet and watch every morning from my balcony the care given to this tejon. He is brought out from his cage/bed and played with, fed, cuddled, let go for a run around the yard, tussles with the dogs, holds his own, jumps into Roccios arms, get treats, cuddles, kisses - quiet a site. At first, he paced back and forth on his line but now seems more content. He also has a tree to climb, and I see him leap up and scurry up and down playfully. Not a bad life!! |
