I was able to talk to a telmex tech this morning, he was very helpful, walked me though the 'drill' and in the end said that he could not fix from his end.... gave me a report number, and said 'maybe monday', if not call back. I did make a formal complaint, he thanked me and said that that was important to do, the more people calling in, would get the issue to the forfront. Thanks everyone for the phone number!

I agree, I am paying for this service, and as at this time, using a test program for status, I have only 3% service. I have tryed everything to send/upload my work files (tiffs). I've used stuffit, Zip, Transmit, Fetch, Web Mail, all to no avail.

Thanks for the Melaque tip. Where is there an internet place that I can go and get online to send files? A place that's open tomorrow? Much appreciated, thanks, Fran.
