What gets to me is that this law is being inappropriately enforced, not that there shouldn´t be some sort of law. If this law were enforced all year round, consistantly, I wouldn´t have such a problem with it. The citizens of La Manzanilla and visitors with motorcycles would be prepared. I would like to know if the police have a quota to fill this year. Something isn´t right here, and on face value, I have to agree with Daniel. Not fair!!!!!
