The "BIGGER" issue is that you, like myself, are a foreign national and a guest in this country. You are complaining about Mexican students having a beach party? And, you are trying to portray such an event, which is an inconvienence to you, as a massive environmental concern?

I suggest you source out a nice gated community in Phoenix.
