OK this is my humble opinion. Cat..... talk about shooting off without any knowledge of the situation, you take the cake. Nobody said they were lost, they said the guard was not at the gate so they had to look for another way in. And.. I have been to Chantli Mare and had very disorganized service. One thing that makes free enterprise work is the fact that if you don't treat your customers properly people will spread the word. This helps keep business people on their toes. Thanks for speaking up Craig!
