Latest news on fuel is that in Eagle Pass, TX gringos were caught across the border in the process of filling up several extra 55 gal. drums with diesel and Mexican authorities confiscated their trucks and held them until the gringos paid heavy fines. Seems that the diesel fuel is in part paid for by Pemex in order to keep the cost of transporting good across the country at reasonable rates. Perhaps we should just nationalize our gas stations.
