Telmex: 1.800.123.2222, option #1 Technology Help

Debbie, Susana, and I have already called and were led through a series of steps that didn't solve the problem. I think Telmex is having problems with our server in La Manzanilla. Perhaps easier than dealing with Telmex on the phone (why I refer to them as Hellmex) would be to wait until the Infinitum truck is in front of their building on Calle Cedros, then gang up on the guy -- nicely, of course, although this slow service when we're paying for high-speed can easily make one surly.
