Call and complain to Hellmex. No guarantee that they'll move to fix the problem if enough of us call, but ... it could happen. If no one calls, for sure Hellmex will do nothing. No FM3 restrictions are violated -- yet -- because gringos give the phone company a hard time. We pay for high speed; we should get it!
