Orthopedic Surgery

Hello
Can anyone tell me if they Know of any Orthopedic Surgeons in Mexico, perhaps in Manzinillo or Puerto Vallarta?
I believe Guadalajara has a good Medical teaching Hospital but dont Know the Name
Why I ask is I may need a ACL Knee Ligament repair and depending on depth of surgery and recovery time I wanted to see if it could possibly be done in Mexico this winter
any ideas, experiences or leads appreciated
