I use Dr Edmund Euchari. He is an orthopedic surgeon that has a small private hospital in Manzanillo. His son is also an orthopedic surgeon. I had my knee drained a couple of times there before having them scope it for torn meniscus and a few other issues.

They were very professional, reasonable and to this point, my knee has been trouble free for little over a year.
