Lots of us share your distaste for the Notario in Cihuatlan. Judy Rohloff has used "the" Notario in Manzanillo and found him to be good and much much less expensive. Why don't you e-mail her (she's house sitting in Ajijic right now) and get the scoop? Good luck.
