I used the guy in Chihuatlan for 3 constancias and he charged $200 amn per. He represents a notary out of Tecoman. He is on the main one way street about 4 blocks from the street light by the school.

His office is on the north side of the street, same side as the Electra store and the movie theater.

I have his card at my house, if interested send me an email and I will send you his name,ph, etc.
