Stephanie, I believe it was because she was going into shock. Do your remember Line (Lynn) she worked at Jolanda's last winter. Cloe is her friend that took her to the hospital. Cloe is in town now. Line and I were on chat after she got out of the hospital, and she gave me the run down of what happened. But if you can find Cloe, she could give you all the information since she was there. Just to get it all first hand with the order of how things happened. I've seen a couple of posts on here from Cloe about food items she's making. I can also contact Cloe and ask her to post. It's important to know what to do if you have a bad reaction from the scorpions.
