Hey Daniel... good tips on searching. And Lynne... I think I found the article you were referencing. You were right with it being in the LA Times and that unlocked the google search mystery. This is about quality of life, not just health care per se, but I see where it would be easy to mix this up a bit. Is this the article, Lynne? http://www.latimes.com/world/mexico-americas/la-fg-global-aging-study-20141001-story.html So, it says Mexico has risen 26 places to be 30th world wide. Viva México!!
