With reference to health index, I'm afraid the report only shows a chart with the top 30 countries (p. 60) and Mexico didn't make that list. The truth has set me free! Okay, I'm exaggerating, but I do like to understand facts before passing them on to others. So thanks Daniel for initiating this string - I've been to websites I didn't know existed and found new sources of great incidental info.
