I was in Manzanillo about 5 months ago, I got pulled over for not having
a front license plate. I paid some cash and drove away.......and then put
a front license plate on the car.

Try using the jumper in front of the car excuse to the traffic police.........
when he stops laughing .....pay and drive away.
