I just received my immigrante temporal for one year starting in Dec. and went to the Aduano office and my vehicle permit is for the same period. No additional fees. I had to ask a taxi driver how to get to the Aduano office. It is with several other government offices just to the west of the main road going south towards imagracion. Where the main entrance to the port is you pretend you are going south to centro and if is just on the right almost on the onramp.
