I hear you about the 4 wheel contraptions. Alas, until the government wants to do something about it... you know the story. yellow lights in bad intersections are there due to there being enough bad accidents and a death or two to warrent the spending of the money.So... until something bad happens dont expect enforcement etc. Course we could look at it and think, geez people are having enough money to buy or rent the things... perhaps their economy is picking up. Ok, putting down my tinted glasses now
