Last week in Puerto Vallarta, the neighbors living along the river had had too much of the noise and dust of the 4X4's passing by. They set-up a blockade with signs that said"Stop destroying our environment" -- in Spanish held by mostly Mexicans. The mayor came out, the police and now they are working on alternatives. So, I think if the Mexican people care, they could help -- the beach is for enjoyment, it is not a road, with potential dangers and pollution. Also if the area is to be protected, as indicated in several postings, there may be the good will to stop traffic where it should not be.
If you do not like what I say, as a person who thinks your town is beautiful, please just reply to content for the insults that I see on the postings are not caring or thoughtful.
