That is one of the most idiotic ideas I have heard in a long time!! You think people are going to pay a business to hire him?? That is nuts.
I think a cultural exchange would be better. Let's say "we" being the local population send him up to your neck of the woods,and you send us one of yours. Someone,perhaps in the construction business could hire him,give room and board,etc, and "we" would do the same.
I tell you, if a business were to get money from "us" to hire him, I will take up his current occupation, and maybe be me a "job".


So how you doing,anyway??
