Thank you Helga and Pam for your responses, and again thank you to all of those in our community; Mexican, "gringos" and others who have all been very supportive to me, and also in their suggestions to a positive solution. Jail might not be a solution for Christo....but why do we all have to put bars on our windows and doors. Who's in jail? I'm over it and feel sorrow, fear and look at our community differently as the police did not ever show up. I love it here and am trying to move on. Yup, I have a dog now.
